Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements
• Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team at info@metalsandbeyond.com.
• Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
• Please note: slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted brass items and are not considered defects.
Refunds
• Once a return is approved and the item is received in proper condition, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• For replacements, the new product will be dispatched after we receive and verify the returned item.
